Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns 30 days from the day your item is received.  Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.  If received not in this condition the return will not be accepted.  Returns after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.

Requesting a Return:

You have the option to send the item back yourself or request a return label from us.  If using our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  To request a  return label send an email to [email protected] and include your Name and Order ID along with the reason for the return. Once your item is received and inspected we will issue a refund.  If using our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this time-frame may be accepted only at the discretion of our support team.

To return your product using your own shipping label, securely package your item (you can use the packaging your item came and cover the original shipping label) and send your item(s) to:

If you choose to ship the item yourself, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive.

Exchanges:

Please contact us directly by email with your exchange request.  Exchanges will be based on availability of item.  We typically only exchange defective or damaged items. Contact us at [email protected]

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund has been processed. 

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags still attached. Items not in this condition may not be accepted. We may charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, used, or missing original tags.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note any shipping charges paid when placing your order are nonrefundable.

Colors:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on coatcrafter.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
